The Report List contains all the reports available to you. You can change its appearance in several ways.
To change the list appearance, use the small icons above the search box.

The pin button above the list on the right allows you to "pin" and "unpin" (show / hide) the entire list in order to create more space for report results. | |
The pin button that appears next to a report when you hover allows you to pin the report to the top of the list so that it stays visible even when you scroll through the rest of the list. | |
Removes Category and / or Type grouping. Removes any groupings (Category/TypeConnection) | |
Groups and sorts the list by category. This is a toggle button. (A report category is assigned when the report is created or edited.) | |
Groups and sorts the list by report-type. This is a toggle button. | |
Groups the report list by connection. This is a toggle button. | |
Sorts the report list on the basis of the most recently used by the current user (displays the most recent report at the top of the list). On just clicking the drop-down arrow next to MRU itself, you'll see a picklist. Selecting an item from the list will take you to the corresponding report in the main reports grid. | |

Refreshes the list, which also clears any parameter values previously entered. |
Drag a named column to the left or right and drop it in the desired location.
